Charter Jets, UAB ("Data Controller" or "We", "Our", "Us", etc. depending on the context) operates the Site and is the Data Controller of your Personal Data.

By using the Site, You acknowledge that You have read and understood this Privacy Policy and that You accept to be legally bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy.

3. FOR WHAT PURPOSES DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

 

  • To communicate with You. Personal data contained in the message You sent to Us via “contact us” section in the Site or via contact email as well as related message metadata (name, email, message category) will be used to prepare a reply to You and for the purpose of communicating with You. The legal basis for processing Personal Data is legal Our interest to effectively communicate with interested persons.

  • To ensure due operation of the Site, We use essential cookies. The legal basis is our legal interest to ensure due operation of the Site or consent. Read more about this in the "Cookies" section of this Privacy Policy.

  • To communicate information about Our services via social networks. Our social media accounts mentioned above are public and for informational purposes only. The processing of Personal Data in these profiles is based on Our legitimate interest in promoting Our services. Upon receipt of your request signed with a qualified electronic signature by e-mail specified in section “Your rights” or whenever We have another legal basis, We will remove Your Personal Data (e.g. published photo, comment) from these accounts. The request must clearly state the material that You no longer wish to remain published on Our profiles. The information published on Our Profiles is also controlled by the administrator of the respective social network. 4. WHERE DO WE OBTAIN YOUR PERSONAL DATA FROM?

 

We receive Your Personal Data directly from You, We generate it Ourselves when You use the Site and/or We may receive it from third parties, such as governmental authorities, obliging Us to perform certain actions in relation to You or Your Personal Data.

5. WHOM WE DISCLOSE YOUR PERSONAL DATA TO?

 

We undertake not to transfer your Personal Data to any third parties, except in the following cases:

  • Whenever We provide services in cooperation with partners - to Our partners acting as data processors (e.g. providers of website data hosting, IT maintenance, website visitor flow analysis service provider);

WHAT DO WE DO TO PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION?

We may store your communication for a longer period if the communication is part of a dispute or an investigation initiated by competent state authorities. In this case, We will store the communication data during the period of the dispute/investigation and for the statutory limitation period after the end of the dispute/investigation.

  • Your Personal Data remains on Our profiles until Your request to eliminate in in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

In order to exercise Your rights, You must provide a request signed with qualified esignature via e-mail fly@charterjets.aero. Only requests submitted in this way will be considered submitted, will be evaluated and implemented. This is how we verify Your identity and can avoid unauthorized processing of Your Personal Data. We start counting the term for the implementation of the data subject's rights from the submission of the request in the specified manner. Upon receiving such a request, We will provide a response no later than one month from the date of the request. If necessary, the specified period can be extended by another two months, depending on the complexity of the request. In this case, We will inform You of such extension within one month from the date of receipt of the request, together with the reasons for the delay.
